To convert an iconic office tower to residential suites, we worked closely with the consultant team to adapt and upgrade all the building systems to meet residential requirements.

We enjoyed design carte blanche within the 825 sq. ft. units that had a unique open-plan, central-support layout. The only fixed features were the windows. Our goal was to create flexible living areas with room for entertaining. Our solutions included designing movable kitchen islands that could be pushed aside during parties, and replacing conventional bedroom doors with sliding glass panels to minimize door swing obstructions.
