Georgie Award winner for Best Multi-family Development

Space planning and interior design for the suites of a two tower residential development, as well as for the fourth floor amenity area that links both towers.

In the suites, curved floor plan sections presented unique space planning challenges. Our recommendation to create kitchen 'entertainment' islands that housed the electric fireplace insert kept the views unobstructed and allowed homeowners greater flexibility in furniture arrangement.
