IDI Best Sales Centre

We transformed an iconic office building with a unique central-support, open-concept floor plan into a high-impact sales centre for residential suites. By varying light levels, we created drama and a sense of anticipation as potential buyers moved through four distinct zones: entry, sales/presentation, private closing rooms, and display suites. A film treatment on the greeting desk imparted a striking black onyx look, while a map of the city on the sales centre floor evoked the convenience of downtown living.
