A major renovation and expansion that involved doubling the number of offices, adding a commercial banking wing, and incorporating the newly designed Prospera retail brand.

Keeping the branch open during construction required additional project coordination and safety considerations. We increased Prospera's visibility in the neighbourhood by designing an illuminated sign tower incorporating their logo. Inside, a vaulted roof and slatted screen brise-soleil increased natural light, while custom-designed suspended light fixtures worked with the overhead glazing.
