Prospera's goal was to achieve better use of existing space, plan for future growth, and attain design consistency with their new brand and the adjoining Clearbrook branch.

To accommodate projected corporate growth, we provided five-year space planning configurations and advised on department consolidation. We incorporated the new brand look in a cost-effective way, re-using existing materials wherever possible within the 39,000 sq.ft. renovation that included a new reception area, meeting rooms, and secondary spaces.
