Fit a presentation centre and two display suites into the narrow triangular space available between the tower's excavation site and the seniors' home next door. We secured the proper permits to add a second floor to house the display suites and merchandized them with completely different looks. Our revised layouts of the one-bedroom units included single-line kitchens and re-positioned bathrooms for greater openness and flexibility. The redesigned one-bedroom floor plans sold out immediately.
