With the overall development conceived as a series of Zen gardens, we designed the exteriors and interiors to bring this theme to life. Extended soffits gave a Japanese touch, while details such as a slate ledgestone water feature, black slate flooring, and bamboo were used inside for a natural, garden-like feel. To accommodate the three sales phases, the palette was kept fairly neutral to coordinate easily with the feature colour selected for each tower.
