IDI Gold Award for Work Place - Partial

Renovate a cluttered 3,000 sq. ft. warehouse for an architectural hardware distributor, to create a functional and welcoming space with an expanded product showroom, new boardroom and offices, and cost-effective hardware displays. We designed a neutral, gallery-style setting to showcase the array of products, and anchored the showroom with a 30-foot-long island with seating. Our eco-friendly approach involved re-using existing slat panel walls and cabinet boxes, and incorporating products like recycled aluminum panels, low-VOC paints, non-toxic floor coating, formaldehyde-free MDF, and a dual flush toilet.
