Our client sought a leading-edge product, incorporating sustainable elements, for their 52-unit condominium tower in Coal Harbour.

We selected green products such as recycled quartz stone, lyptus floors, wool carpeting, and Energy Star appliances. For high-end style, we worked with a local cabinet supplier to develop a custom kitchen inspired by an Italian system. The pie-shaped units required careful space planning to maximize the views and make the most of the odd angles.
