For two low-rise condominiums in the resort community of Bear Mountain near Victoria, we were able to dramatically reduce our client's construction costs by revising all floor plans and standardizing the kitchen and bathroom modules. In addition, our innovative walk-through shower system saved plumbing costs and floor space, allowing for more square footage to be devoted to the living areas.
