Prospera South Granville Branch

To facilitate their expansion into urban markets, Prospera's branch in Vancouver's South Granville area required a neighbourhood feel targeting older, more affluent residents. The design concept blended elements reminiscent of the area's mansions with high-tech financial services.

The mixed-used heritage building presented unique challenges, such as accommodating the turn-of-the-century facade and the residential suites above. Inside, a public computer bar, concierge station, and fireside seating area created a welcoming atmosphere that distinguished Prospera from the financial institutions down the street.
